SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING: We ship through the United States Postal Service - USPS. All packages are shipped priority/ground mail. We have discovered that using this method of shipping is the best economical way to ship. Shipping costs are based on weight and/or size of the package AND the destination.

UPS SUREPOST: Mudd Pottery uses UPS Sure Post for shipping small packages. This means that our smaller packages go out via UPS but end up being passed on to the Post Office for residential delivery.

SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES: UPS Ground: to east coast normally 3 - 5 days. To west coast about 1 week.

Damaged/Broken Shipments: If your pottery arrives damaged, save breakage and packing materials and email us or call us at 1-910-986-2784/ 1-910-690-5383. We will send out an immediate replacement to you.
*** When ordering multiply items - Please note that we attempt to ship the most economical way possible. Multiple items are shipped together to save on costs. When placing a larger order with multiple pieces - it is best to CALL or email us FIRST before placing your order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns accepted with approval only. Returns are assigned a Return Authorization Number and must be printed on outside of each box. NO returns will be accepted after 10 days of receipt of shipment. If you need to make a return, please email us or call us 1-910-986-2784/ 1-910-690-5383 to receive your Return Authorization Number. Returns will be credited for pottery only, not freight.
