SHIPPING POLICY

  • SHIPPING: Mudd Pottery ships via UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail at a minimum shipping cost of a $10 fee. We can also ship Next Day Air, however, special charges will apply. Please email us at muddpottery@gmail.com or call us at 1-910-986-2784/ 1-910-690-5383 if you have any questions. Total shipping costs are determined on the piece(s) ordered - weight/size.

  • UPS SUREPOST: Mudd Pottery uses UPS Sure Post for shipping small packages. This means that our smaller packages go out via UPS, but end up being passed on to the Post Office for residential delivery.

  • SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES: UPS Ground: to east coast normally 1-3 days. To west coast about 1 week

  • DAMAGES: If your pottery arrives damaged, save breakage and packing materials and email us or call us at 1-910-986-2784/ 1-910-690-5383. We will send out an immediate replacement to you.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Returns accepted with approval only. Returns are assigned a Return Authorization Number and must be printed on outside of each box. NO returns will be accepted after 10 days of receipt of shipment. If you need to make a return, please email us or call us 1-910-986-2784/ 1-910-690-5383 to receive your Return Authorization Number. Returns will be credited for pottery only, not freight.
